1. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders totaling Rs. 2,000 PKR or more.
  • For orders below Rs. 2,000 PKR, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer or may not be available in certain cases. We will notify you if we are unable to ship to your location.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with the estimated delivery time.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery times are between 3 to 7 business days for most areas in Pakistan.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.
  • Ensure that you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents may not have change available.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package), we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in your order being canceled.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

9. Changes to Orders

  • If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, no changes can be made.
